5-story mercantile building completed in the 1870s. It is composed of white cast-iron, with round-arched windows with keystones. The windows are divided by Corinthian columns, and cornices separate each floor. There is a white metal fire escape on both facades, and the building is crowned by a modillioned and dentiled roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Pret A Manger cafe/coffee shop.
