Boyle Plaza, named after John F. Boyle former interstate tunnel commissioner, is the area west of the Holland Tunnel entrance in Jersey City. It is at the convergence of NJ 139 and the Newark Bay Extension of the Jersey Turnpike meet. It is officially a segment of Interstate 78 -- despite its traffic signals -- and consists of 12th Street (the eastbound lanes) and 14th Street (the westbound lanes).
