3-story commercial building completed in 1910. Designed by David E. Baxter as a commercial laundry building, it is now occupied by Barbizon Lighting for Professionals. The facade is clad in beige brick with grey concrete piers above a ground floor of grey stone. There is a loading dock and metal service door atop a small set of steps at the east end. To the right is a horizontal band of glass blocks set high on the ground-floor wall, with a sideways ramp at the sidewalk, leading up to the main entrance, which has glass-and-metal double-doors below a navy-blue box awning. The west bay has another metal service door atop a set of steps.

The upper floors have four bays, with small, square windows at the lower-outer edge of the end bays. The roof line has a concrete parapet with a metal coping, stepped up over the middle two bays.
