 1927_construction, commercial building

3-story commercial building completed in 1927. Designed by Julius Eckman as a factory, it is clad in dark reddish-brown brick, painted white at the ground floor. The main entrance, with glass-and-metal double-doors, is near the east end, covered by a small stainless-steel canopy below a large metal vent. To the left is a metal service door. To the right is a former garage-door, now sealed, and another metal service door.

The upper floors have a large inner bay on each side, and a narrower end bay on each side. At the west half of the facade, these bays have multi-pane industrial windows; the east half has single-windows in the outer bay and double-windows in the inner bay, each with extra transom panes at the tops. The east-middle bay continues above the 3rd-floor roof line, with another multi-paned window at the elevator bulkhead that extends up another level. The roof line has a metal coping and band of brick dentils.

The building is currently occupied by Warner Brothers Sound, a post-production sound studio.
