4-story residential building completed in 1922. Designed by Arthur C. Moss as a store-and-loft building, it is clad in red-painted brick above a ground-floor storefront and entrance. Both the plate-glass storefront and glass door to the upper floors are framed in grey granite, with three steps leading up to the doors. A blue canvas awnings tops the ground floor.

The upper floors have wide triple-windows with black metal mullions and brick sills. There is a roof deck on top, with a metal-and-glass pergola at the front. The ground floor is occupied by J&M Cleaners.
