"Beaupre"/"Severn" (Lattingtown, New York)

Residence designed c. 1932 in the French Chateau style by Walker & Gillette for Florence Tailer who was the daughter of George Fisher Baker, II who lived at "Viking Cove". The home was a wedding present, and Tailer lived here with husband Thomas who was an a notable golf champion. During their tenure, the Duke and Dutchess of Windsor were frequent guest. The home was later renamed "Severn" after being purchased by Polly Brooks Howe. It served as a filming locations for 'Royal Pains'.
