6-story residential building completed in 1914. Designed by Tracy & Swartwout, it earned a design award from the New York chapter of the American Institute of Architects. The firm repeated the design in the 8-story hotel built next door a couple years later. The facade is clad in red brick above a 2-story painted limestone base, with an unpainted stone water table. The edges of the facade have quoins, brick on the upper floors, and stone at the base.
The facade spans 13 bays, with a central, round-arched entrance. The doorway, behind an iron gate, is framed by white pillars with paneled plinths, supporting a cornice that serves as the base for a small balcony at the 2nd floor, which has iron railings. There is a keystone at the top of the arch, and a hanging light fixture in front of the entrance that leads into an interior courtyard. The six bays on either side of the entrance have segmental-arched windows with iron grilles and keystones, and low basement windows at the sidewalk level. The 2nd floor has square-headed windows with stone surrounds, also with keystones.
The 3rd-floor windows also have stone surrounds, while the rest have stone sills. Two narrow bands set off the top floor, where the windows have keyed brick surrounds. The facade is crowned by a limestone cornice and brick roof parapet. The interior walls of the courtyard are clad in yellow brick.
The building contains 85 apartment units.
