399-foot, 33-story modernist residential building completed in 2024. Designed by Handel Architects, it consists of a 7-story mid-rise fronting 43rd Street and a 33-story tower fronting 42nd Street, joined by a 1-story podium. The tower is clad in glass and bronze-colored metal elements, while the mid-rise is clad in beige brick, metal, and glass, and its facade features a staggered, irregular window grid. On the 7-story mid-rise, the western two-thirds of the top two floors have a contrasting glass curtain wall with pronounced vertical mullions. The residential lobby is located on 43rd Street, while the 42nd Street ground floor is lined with retail storefronts.

The tower also has an irregular window pattern, with horizontal metal spandrels grouping the floors into pairs. Above the ground-floor storefronts, the 2nd-3rd floors of the tower are covered in a screen of vertical, bronze metal ribs, with the rest of the tower rising slightly set-back above as a rectangular slab. The mechanical floors on top are clad in metal paneling.

The building contains 330 apartment units.
