A trio of 4-story residential buildings completed together in 1899. They have 3-bay facades clad in red brick above smooth-stuccoed bases. Nos. 441 & 445 most closely maintain their original appearance, while the middle building has had its stoop replaced by a ground-level entrance with a wooden door, sidelight and transom. The high stoops on the other two buildings have iron railings. To the left of the stoops/doorway are pairs of segmental-arched windows.

At the parlor floor, Nos. 441 & 445 have wood double-doors and transoms framed by segmental-arched moldings surmounted by cornices. The large parlor-floor windows and original entrance seen at these facades have been replaced at No. 443 by shorter windows. All of the windows at No. 443 have flat stone sills and lintels, while those at the other two facades have metal cornices in addition to the sills. The facades are crowned by three matching black metal roof cornices with scrolled brackets and ornamented panels.
