6-story Neo-Classical residential building completed in 1939. Designed by Gronenberg & Leuchtag, it is H-shaped, with light courts at the front and back. The facades are clad in grey brick above a limestone base on the front. The entrance with glass doors is at the back of the front light court, a rounded red canvas canopy extends out over the sidewalk. The wings on either side of the entrance have (from inward to outward) a bay of paired windows, four single-windows, and an end bay of wider single-windows at the ground floor, all covered by iron grilles. There is a stone sill course below them, and a cornice capping the 1st floor, which also has two small basement windows at the sidewalk level on each wing.
The upper floors have paired windows in the end bays, and four single-windows in the middle of each wing. The windows all have stone sills and keyed stone surrounds at the end bays. Those on the 2nd and 6th floors have pointed-arches at the surrounds, capped by eared lintels, and are fronted at the bottom by iron railings. The top floor, which is set off by a band course, also has pointed-arches at the middle windows. Each wing is crowned by a stone band course with shields, surmounted by a roof parapet that is stepped up at both ends (each with three small openings), and has a small gable at the center. Black iron fire escapes run down the center of both wings.
The interior side walls of the light court is clad in grey brick, with four bays of single-windows, and the rear wall above the entrance has two single-windows flanked by double-windows. The rear wall of the light court also has a fire escape, and is topped by a parapet that is stepped up in the center with three small openings. The building contains 90 apartment units.
