4-story residential building completed in the late 1800s as a townhouse, with a separate building in the rear yard. The 3-bay facade is clad in red brick. At the ground floor there is a paneled wood garage door on the left side, with a wood entrance door to the right, both framed by black iron pillars. The east side has a pair of windows (wider at the east end) with black iron grilles; the wider window is topped by a black stone lintel, peaked at the center, and decorated by three rosettes. The ground floor is surrounded by a black iron fence and has a black iron beam across the top.

The upper floors have projecting, bracketed stone sills and lintels matching the one on the ground floor, only without the black paint. The sills and lintels are connected by stone band courses. The facade is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with brackets, panels, and large modillions.
