6-story cooperative-apartment building completed in 1920. The facade is clad in beige brick, organized into three bays each with three windows. At the ground floor is a central entrance; the pilasters framing the door have Corinthian capitals surmounted by scrolled brackets supporting a cornice, all painted white. To the right are two windows (one wider, one narrow) with wrought-iron grilles and white-painted, splayed stone lintels with keystones, and a metal service door below a small window at the east end. To the left is a red metal-and-glass storefront with a recessed entry.

The 2nd floor has horizontal stone banding, and the windows of the upper floors have stone sills and splayed lintels. The top floor is set off by a projecting string course, and a pair of white metal fire escapes run down the outer bays. The facade is crowned by a red metal modillioned roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Domus Unaffected Living home decor.
