4-story residential building completed in 1901 as the AHEPA Center, a Greek educational society. It is clad in red brick, with a black metal-and-glass doorway on the right, framed in white brick and a round-arch (that still bears the inscription "AHEPA CENTER". The two windows to the left have stone sills and lintels, and iron bars. The 2nd floor has three windows with brick sills and lintels. The top two floors have been altered, with the original three windows replaced by wide picture windows on the east side, and double-windows (divided by a black iron mullion) on the left, with small metal balconies. The facade is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with panels and four console brackets.
