4-story residential building completed sometime around the 1870s. The 3-bay south facade is faced in light-grey stucco. The entrance, behind a gated areaway, is down a set of steps, at the east end. There was originally a stoop to a parlor-floor entrance, which was removed and replaced with the entrance at the former-basement level around the turn of the 20th century. The doorway is framed by black iron pilasters and capped by a black triangular pediment. There is a small, square window between the two basement-level windows. Air-conditioning vents are cut below the west window on each floor. The east and west elevations are also grey-painted, with no openings.
