5-story residential building completed in 1881. It is faced in light-grey parged brick above a smooth-stuccoed ground floor. The central glass entry door is flanked by a large window on each side; below each window is a short, iron-grilled window at the sidewalk level for basement light. The upper floors are organized into four bays of single-windows, with projecting stone sills and flat stone lintels. A black metal fire escape with rounded corners runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is topped by a roof parapet stepped up at the ends and in the center, with stone copings. Metal railings span the gaps between the stepped-up parapet areas.
