8-story residential building originally completed in the 1850s as a pair of 4-story Greek-revival townhouses with ground-level stores. In 2019-2021 they were joined and converted into a new apartment building designed by Selldorf Architects, with new floors added on top. The ground floor is now clad in black metal and stone, with plate-glass show-windows. The residential entrance is at the west end, with recessed double-doors atop a set of steps and a ramp to the left. A black metal canopy with vegetation on top covers the entire ground floor.

The upper floors are clad in orange-red brick at the east part of the building, up to the 5th floor, above which they are darker red. The west end has darker red brick on all the upper floors, with four bays of single-windows, and ends at the 7th floor. The taller east section spans six bays of single-windows on the north facade.

The upper floors on the east facade have six bays of single-windows as well. All the windows have simple grey stone sills and lintels. The exposed top floors of the south elevation are clad in grey-painted concrete, with a couple of small windows. At the rear of the roof, the mechanical bulkheads are wrapped in black metal grilles. The building contains 10 condominium units.
