The Davos

150-foot, 15-story modernist residential building completed in 2011. The facade is faced in limestone, painted white at the ground floor, and divided into two bays. At the ground floor, the eastern bay contains the small lobby, while the western bay has a storefront. Above horizontal ribbed stone panels, the upper floors have grey metal-framed tripartite windows with green-tinted glass and lower transoms. Beginning at the 3rd floor the western bay has recessed walls with French doors opening onto partly recessed/partly projecting stone balconies with glass railings.

The eastern sidewall is faced in beige pre-cast concrete with expressed floor plates. The Davos contains 24 1-bedroom condominium units, with two duplex penthouses on top. The ground-floor storefront is occupied by Fur Palace.
