Estate designed by Renwick, Aspinwall & Owen c. 1900 in the Tudor style for Richard Augustus Peabody {financier}. Peabody was a partner in the stock brokerage firm of Knapp & Peabody. The estate was later owned by William Raymond, Sr. and subsequently by Isaac Gamel.

It is now adaptively reused as the clubhouse for the Rockaway Hunting Club.
