Residence designed c. 1911 by William Adams in the Neo-Georgian style for Howard Summers Kniffin, Sr {financier}. Kniffin was a partner in the hemp and juice brokerage firm of Kniffin & Caffrey. The home was subsequently owned by Robert Morrow.
