c.1929 b and clapboard, 4700sq ft 6 bathroom Georgian colonial residence for Fletcher Gill, a banker and Vice President at the Bank of Manhattan Company, was named director of the banking and investment division of the War Finance Committee in 1945. It was later owned by Daniel O'Connell of O'Connell Realty.

The property once included entire Kimson Court area, that land was sold, subdivided and homes were built by 1965.
