From 1948 to 2010 this was Variety Fair 5 & 10, a real old-fashioned five and ten with a traditional 5&10 merchandise mix. In 2013, it became Blue Elephant, a boutique out of Austin, but it closed in 2015. The current store opened in 2016, and is another boutique.
