When LDA decided to abandon the bunglow schemes and go for flat schemes, the first one that came out from its stable was River View Enclave, Phase -I in Gomtinagar Extention or Gomtinagar Vistaar consisting of 4 big blocks namely Ganga, Yamuna, Saraswati and Sharda Apartments. The apartments have been built by L&T to whom work was contracted by LDA.
