246-foot, 24-story modernist apartment building completed in 1986, opening as The Vogue. Designed by Schuman, Lichtenstein, Claman & Efron, it consists of a slab tower set back on a 4-story commercial base that spans the whole blockfront on 6th Avenue. The ground floor, slightly recessed, is lined with storefronts, and is divided by blue-green columns into five bays on 37th Street, ten bays along the avenue, and four bays on 36th Street, with an underground parking garage entrance in the easternmost bay. The main entrance is in the 3rd & 4th bays from the north on the avenue, framed in brass, with a large brass and black metal marquee.

The 2nd-3rd floors are clad in beige brick, with bands of narrow windows divided by blue-green metal mullions, and rounded corners at the northwest and southwest. The upper floors also have rounded northwest and southwest corners. At the edges of each facade are bands of blue-green tinted windows slightly recessed between bands of beige brick between floors. At the middle of the 6th Avenue facade there are four bays of projecting concrete balconies with blue-green metal railings, flanked by double-windows above metal vents. The outer balconies have rounded outer corners. The north facade has four similar bays of balconies, while the south facade has one bay of wider balconies with rounded corners on both ends. The east facade one bay of wide balconies at the southern end. On the north elevation, the easternmost bay is recessed back from the rest of the facade.

From 1999 to 2012, many of the apartments doubled as the male dormitory for King's College. The building now has 320 apartment units. The ground floor is occupied by Paris Baguette, Krispy Kreme, l'Milky bubble tea, and Birch Coffee.
