The clock tower in Botevgrad is located in the town center, on Osvobozhdenie Square. It was built in 1866 by the local master builder Vuno Markov. The clock mechanism is made by the local blacksmith Gencho Nakov, and the bell - by the bathing master Lazar Dimitrov.
It is the tallest Revival clock tower in Bulgaria and is a symbol of the city. Its height is 30 m.
