Residence built c. 1888 as a farmhouse which was later renovated as a Georgian Revival home for Henry Gunther Gray {attorney, industrialist}. Gray served as a partner in the Sage, Gray, Todd & Sims law firm, president of American Radio Co., and treasurer of Duplex-Engine Governor Co. His brother Albert lived at "Orchard Farm" in Old Westbury. In 1931, Gray commissioned formal landscaping by Olmsted. The estate was demolished in 2023.
