Three Story Residential building from the 19th century

The building is built in 1906 under the project of the architect A. G. Kondratenko.

The building is L-shaped and the short leg is a 17th century stone chamber. A certain Grigory Araslanov, the earliest known owner of the palace, in 1729 sold the courtyard for the then huge sum of 1300 roubles to Prince F. P.Sontsovu-Zasekinu.

By 1806 a merchant A. P. Shnur has built at right angles to chamber one more structure, which was on the red line of Bolshaya Nikitsky. It was a building decorated with a wide - in all its width - portico on Ionic columns and arches. In the 1860s the building was reconstructed and from a former decor of the house there only remain the arches on the ground floor.

Even before World War 1, there was a desire to demolish the building and construct a big six-storied apartment house, but because of the war, nothing happened.
