In 2002, the Peel House Foundation was gifted this 6.5 acre garden, complete with native plants, state champion trees, streams, bridges, and walking trails. The garden has been developed into a native/woodland garden which is quickly becoming a regional destination garden. It provides a beautiful and peaceful environment containing a native and woodland plant collection. There is also an Interpretive Center that is open to the public Tuesday-Friday.
