This is a parclo interchange between Virginia Route 7 (Leesburg Pike) and Interstate 495 (the Capital Beltway) near Tysons Corner. It includes three loop ramps. The missing loop ramp is replaced by a signalized left turn from eastbound VA-7 to northbound I-495. The interchange is further complicated by an entry and exit with the I-495 Express Lanes (to the south only) which terminate on Route 7 at the same signal.

It was originally built as a partial interchange in the early 1960s, with VA-7 west with I-495 north connections using nearby VA-123, but was upgraded to a full cloverleaf by the late 1970s. It was built originally with only the southbound collector-distributor road, with the northbound C-D road being added sometime around the late 1990s. The interchange was significantly reconstructed and realigned, with the removal of one loop ramp and addition of the Express Lanes exit, in the early 2010s.
