5-story office building completed in 1854. Designed by R.G. Hatfield as a store, The facade was originally stone, but was replaced with cast iron in 1901. The black cast-iron storefront on the ground floor is a continuation of the one next door at 552-554 Broadway. The four floors above are painted white, with dark-red window framing, divided into five bays. There are two narrow Corinthian columns separating the outer bays, running from the 2nd-3rd floors, with a dentiled cornice above the 3rd. The top floors has a dark red metal railing across the bottom of the windows, and angled skylights across the roof line.

The building was originally the Tiffany & Company jewelry store. Currently, the ground floor is occupied by an HSBC bank branch, and part of the Banana Republic store. Concept Heaven interactive marketing is a tenant on the upper floors.
