391-foot, 30-story postmodern office building completed in 1989. Designed by Brennan Beer Gorman, it includes an urban plaza at the south side leading into a 2-story through-block lobby with three floors of retail space. The facades are clad in beige granite and dark-blue-tinted glass.

The main tower portion is set back above an 8-story base. There are additional shallow setbacks above the base on the north and south facades, and also at the top floors. The interaction of the windows and stone create varied patterns on the facades. The two lowest floors have retail spaces, occupied by a CVS pharmacy, and Girl Scouts Central. There is a freight entrance at the west end of the 38th Street facade. The Girl Scouts of America is the largest tenant.
