Substation on the former PRR electrified Main Line now run by Amtrak. Converts 138kV 25hz transmission power to 12kV 25Hz traction power for the overhead catenary. Junction of the 4 138kV mainline circuits with the 2 abandoned 138kV circuits along the Jersey City branch (now PATH). This is also where the 4 mainline circuits rejoin the right-of-way.
