One of the busiest and most important manned interlocking towers on Amtrak's Northeast Corridor, DOCK has a 127 lever US&S Model 14 machine dating from the mid-1930's for the local interlocking as well as toggle boards for remote interlockings at LANE, HAYNES, HUNTER, HIGH, CLIFF, RAE and HUDSON. DOCK has up to 5 staff members at peak periods including a Train Director, Telegrapher and three Levermen. Train Director also serves as the Bridge Tender for dock drawbridge.
