Air-conditioned mess hall serves up to 100 campers at a time. The kitchen is professionally equipped, similar to a large restaurant, and includes storage space (both dry and refrigerated) that can store supplies for several days. East of the dining hall is a big covered barbeque pit for cooking large meat items.
