Completed in 1888 and listed on the National Register of Historical Places since 1974, Indianapolis' Union Station provides visitors with a glimpse of romanesque revival architecture in a bustling, functioning train station. Though nearly 200 trains visit it every day, Union Station lost all of its shops, boutiques and eateries following the opening of nearby Circle Center Mall.
