 condominiums, high-rise, 2005_construction, Modern (architecture)

269-foot, 21-story postmodern residential building completed in 2005. Designed by Gwathmey Siegel & Associates for Related Companies, the condominium building features an undulating blue-green glass curtain wall above a 2-story base of glass and white stone on the west, north and east sides. There is a large circular vent on the south end of the base on Lafayette Street. The blue-green glass curtain wall extends to the ground at the south elevation, where the curving glass sides merge into a flat curtain wall with a grid of grey stone between the windows. This flat section rises to the 19th floor, where it sets back, with the penthouse levels above (also with flat surfaces) twisted at a 45-degree angle. The west, north and east wavy facades end at the 15th floor. The ground level also contains a Chase Bank branch.
