31.87 ac. park, originating with 14 acs. acquired in 1974 from Wimpey Construction, the developer of the Forest Glade subdivision. The arena and Community Centre were constructed in 1974 1nd 1979, with an expansion of the arena to two ice pads completed in 1989. At the same time an auditorium was added to the arena.
Additional lands were purchased in 1992 from the school board. The park features nine lighted tennis courts, a soccer field, a football field, a baseball diamond, playground equipment, an exercise trail and a skate park.
