6-story residential building completed in 1926. Designed by George G. Miller, it is clad in variegated red brick, with a low, beige stone water table. The centered entrance has glass-and-wood double-doors up two steps, set in a molded limestone surround with a scrolled keystone. The doors are covered by a rounded, red canvas canopy extending out over the sidewalk. To the west is a narrow single-window, and spaced farther away are three wider single-windows. To the east are two wide single-windows, a service door set low behind a projecting black metal cage, and a final single-window. All the windows have stone sills and brick lintels.

The 2nd floor is underlined by a thin stone string course. The upper floors have nine bays of wider single-windows, with the 3rd bay from the east and the 4th bay from the west having been shortened. A wider stone band course sets off the top floor, where the windows have full brick surrounds, and the end bays are topped by brick round-arches with scrolled keystones. A pair of black metal fire escapes run down the outer bays, and the facade is topped by a brick roof parapet with a stone coping.
