Hunter Industrial Park (Riverside)

Another neighborhood. Just about all industrial. HIP is further divided into smaller "industrial/office parks" such as Cirtus Park, University Research Park, The Grove Park, all which make up this industrial/office neighborhood.
Being an industrial area, there are many 'spur' railroad tracks that travel between and behind the warehouses. These tracks branch off the main lines and travel short distances before ending, these also have short 'spurs' that end as well. It's a nice area for train spotting, stopping along docks, going slowly forward and backwards as they make their way thru the short line tracks to other warehouses.
