Abruptly closed in 2009 after owners filed for bankruptcy. There are plans circulating through city hall about turning it into a retail center, industrial office and soccer fields on this 125 acre parcel and the 56 acre AB Brown sports complex immediately north of the golf club.

  • it's still here, but not in use. everything is dead and unkempt. Long since it's glory days
  • I've seen the fire dept (prob. Station 6) practicing controlled burns and other little drills/maneuvers there.
