New subdivision that started up in the mid to late 1990's. It continues to be built out today, with new homes taking over the orange groves and open spaces. Some of Woodcrest, which isn't part of the city has been annexed by Riverside, to allow more building in the Orangecrest area.

  • Orangecrest is a family friendly, middle class neighborhood in Riverside, CA. Much of Orangecrest was built during the late 1990's and early 2000's during the housing boom.
  • a very pricey area...not much for the money specially with the airport!!
