Was it's own community until it became part of Moreno Valley in the 1980's. It borders Riverside on the west. It is unusually undeveloped and consists of a sparesely populated neighborhood of lower income residents and most homes are rented, not owned. It's pretty much an eyesore, even for Moreno Valley, of which it is a part of, but often overlooked when it comes to public works projects, homes are not connected to a municipal sewage system, roads are in disrepair and water is from a 3rd party water district/distributor that has been found to be steeling tax payer money.
