A neighbourhood in Kaunas, on the eastern side of Šilainiai eldership. The southern part of it is made of residential buildings, while the northern part is dominated by blocks of flats. On the north edge of the neighbourhood there is the most important highway in Lithuania from Vilnius to Klaipėda. Other main traffic arteries are Žemaičių road, Baltų avenue and Jotvingių street. Milikoniai is connected with the rest of the city by regular bus services.
