The southernmost neighbourhood in Kaunas, a part of Panemunė elderate. Most buildings are residential. On the east side of Rokai there is Kaunas Hospital for Oncological Diseases. In most of Rokai public transportation is sparsem with only one bus route servicing the are, however, there are two more frequent routes originating at the hospital.

The southern bypass goes from Petrašiūnai through Rokai to Garliava, as well as a railway bypass which allows freight and transit trains to go from Palemonas to Kazlų Rūda without having to go through Kaunas passenger station.
