8-story office building completed in 1923. Designed by William I. Hohauser, it is clad in buff-colored brick above a 2-story stone base. The original limestone remains at the 2nd floor, but the ground floor has been re-clad in black polished granite. The facade is three bays wide, with the slightly-recessed glass doors of the main entrance in the middle bay. The other two bays have storefronts. Black iron piers separate the bays at the 2nd floor, each with a band of four windows with top and bottom transoms.

At the base of the 3rd floor, each of the four piers has an ornamental stone feature. The upper-floor bays all have bands of four windows with transoms divided by narrow black metal mullions. The brick spandrels between floors are decorated with rectangular panels. The top floor is the most ornate by far, with the piers overlaid by pairs of slender colonnettes springing from shield bases and rising to crowns projecting above the roof parapet, topped with finials. The spandrels below the bays of the top floor have arcades of blind arches, and the bays themselves are topped by wide segmental-arches, above which rises the tall stone parapet, with crenelations interspersed with shields. The ground floor is occupied by a discount cellular phone store, and I (Heart) NY gift shop. In 2019 the top floors and the south part of the 3rd-4th floors were covered by video boards.
