Bilogir'ja in Ukrainian or Belogor'je in Russian. A village in Orihivs'kyj rajon (district) of Zaporiz'ka oblast' (province) of Ukraine. It was founded in 1770. The name stands for "a white mountain (country)".
The village obtained its modern name in 1840, when the owner - lendlord Markus bought from Count Vorontsov and carried here serfs peasants with their families from the village Belogorie located near the chalk white mountains on the shore of the Don River(Voronezh province of Russia today).
