Town of Oyster Bay Beach - Permit or Fee Required during Summer
The south (harbor) side of this tidal shoal is home to two endangered species: the Eastern Piping Plover which nests on the beach east of the parking lot; and the Diamondback Terrapin which nests on the beach to the west of the ballfields.
