This hospital was founded in the Comunist period for comrades who are speaking jokes about the government, and for that must be resting and spending time with people like them and making exchanges of pleasantries. They are still in there, never recover after stew injection in their brains.
Now we are in Capitalist Order and people are satisfied, maybe too much satisfied and who's enough funny goes to Entartainment Industry, and in hospital enter only people without any homour. Lucky for those psychologists the old inhabitants are still in there, otherwise they cut himself with a razor.
The main traitment for cure the patients is let them die by starvation or let them practice extreme sports like paragliding inside of wardrobe upon the roof of the bulding.
