Vidin Municipality (Bulgarian: община Видин) is a municipality (obshtina) in Vidin Province (Bulgarian: област Видин), Northwestern Bulgaria, located along the right bank of Danube river in the Danubian Plain. It is named after its administrative centre - the city of Vidin (Bulgarian: град Видин) which is also the capital of the province.
