Originally a Second Empire Mansard roofed house built in the 1880s for George P. Titus. By 1946 the Hill Family sold the property to Auguste diSandigiliani (Mr. Sandi), who Converted the house to a restaurant known as 'The Manor'.
In 1962, successful restaurateur Carl Hoppl bought it, turning it into Carl Hoppl's Westbury Manor, a popular catering hall and wedding venue. Since 1982 the Scotto family has been operating the Manor.
