Expectation expresses in the language of art sculpture the author's respect for the strongest human feeling, which excites not only the sailor who traveled far from home, but also his closest people, namely the expectation to meet again. This is the feeling in which there is everything - and joy, and fear, and sadness, and which the author of the project expresses with stone, bronze and words, said in the documents to the order for the composition.
